In this role you will be responsible for controlling the accounts payable function to ensure that supplier invoices are correctly processed and paid in an efficient manner. You will manage the Accounts Payable team, based across Malvern (UK) and Almelo (NL) (currently 9 employees), who are taking care of a growing number of Operating Companies/entities/countries (currently 30+). You will have the opportunity to work from home, but attendance at the Malvern UK office on a regular basis is required so you must live within a reasonable commutable distance. As we are a global company, occasional national and/or international travel may be necessary.

What are your responsibilities?

•Timely processing of Trade and Intercompany creditor invoices;
•Banks accounts, GRNI balances and reconciliations;
•Defining standardised processes and continuous improvement across the function;
•Monitoring quality and progress on process improvement by making use of KPIs;
•Internal and External audit support.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

•A pro-active mindset to deliver results and improvements;
•Considerable experience and responsibilities within the accounts payable function;
•Management skills, preferably across multiple cultures;
•Confidence to interact with others and gather information, building relationships;
•Good Excel and analytical skills.

Great to have?

•Accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential;
•SAP and/or QAD ERP experience is advantageous;
•A desire to improve processes, learn new skills and knowledge, and grow in an exciting role.
