Backoffice agent – Contract admin

In this role you will quote service contracts, spare parts and consumables, confirm purchase orders, bill and control FCST of service contracts, while using different CRM systems.
What are your responsibilities?
Quote Service Contracts / Spare parts and consumables
Confirmation of Purchase orders
Update control spread sheets
Billing of Service Contracts
Control FCST of Service Contracts (Medium term)
Manage Sales Force reports (Medium Term)
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Positive and customer service attitude oriented
A higher degree in administration or industrial and systems engineering
+3 years of experience in a similar role
80% English language
Great to have?
Experience with Sales Force, SAP or another CRM system
Interest in complex scientific and analytical instrumentation.
Customer Service course or diploma
